The Troupe
The Alnowair Troupe is Kuwait’s first-ever student troupe. This season, 20 extraordinary young women, selected from various educational institutions across the country, have come together to achieve something truly remarkable.
Through the transformative power of theatre, these students are tackling the real, raw challenges faced by young females today—issues like bullying, mental health, body image struggles, and peer pressure.
Alnowair Troupe will tour across Kuwait throughout the year visiting schools and universities to deliver powerful performances. Creating safe spaces for dialogue, encouraging emotional resilience, and inspiring the kind of change that starts from within.

Meet Alnowair Chief Executive Trainer
Dima
Al Ansari
With a rich background in theatre and film, Dima Al Ansari brings her creative expertise to Alnowair as Chief Executive Trainer. Her passion for theater and youth empowerment inspires young women to lead with confidence, empathy, and purpose.

WorkShops
The Troupe undergoes intensive training in theatre techniques, leadership, and emotional intelligence. These workshops transform passion into purpose, preparing members for impactful performances.
Our Purposeful
Plays
The Troupe’s performances tackle social challenges such as bullying, peer pressure, favoritism, stereotypes, low self-esteem, and emotional well-being. Each play is a unique experience designed to engage, educate, and inspire student audiences.
